Design and Construction Manual:
Mr. Odom and Mr. DuBose co-authored a manual specifically designed to address moisture related mold problems in buildings. It has been used by owners, designers, and contractors in the construction industry for nearly 8 years and has been the basis for over $1B in construction projects in the US and abroad.
Over $1B in new construction has been completed using this manual to avoid moisture and mold related building problems. Projects included over 10,000 resort and hotel rooms, 2M+ square feet of office buildings, four condominium/ownership facilities totaling $200M in construction.
