Mr. Light specializes in building diagnostics with an emphasis on rainwater, air, and vapor performance in building envelopes and their relationship to indoor air quality (IAQ) problems. He has provided these services for numerous commercial, industrial, high-end residential, and governmental facilities. He has investigated more than 30 moisture or mildew related IAQ projects involving building envelope assessment, architectural rehabilitation, and building system studies.

Areas of Expertise: Application and analysis of moisture control in warm, humid climates; consulting for and analysis of code compliance and standards; application of dehumidification control systems.

Mr. Snell is currently a senior forensic consultant with LBFG, an Orlando-based forensic moisture investigation firm. He has more than 18 years experience in heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) consulting; construction management; and resolving moisture and indoor air quality (IAQ) problems related to HVAC systems. He has provided moisture and IAQ related forensic building investigations on more than 200 buildings, specifically in warm and humid climates.

Over 20 years of experience in construction. Projects include more than 10 condominiums; several federal projects including work at the Pentagon, 2 federal courthouses, 2 airports, and over 5 detention facilities; industrial projects include electronics fabrication plant, 20+ telecommunications facilities, 5+ power and water/waste water treatment facilities; municipal projects include 4 stadiums and arenas; other work includes healthcare facilities and educational facilities and more than 10 high-rise office buildings.

 
  Mr. Michael E. Jackson

Area of Expertise: Building Design and Development; Administrative Systems Analysis; Project Management

Mr. Jackson has 27 years in the design and development of educational facilities in Texas, California and Florida. He has provided insight in the administrative development of some of the largest private schools in the state. In addition, he recently managed the diagnosis and collection of data at a 24 building apartment complex in Orlando as well as a 36 story multi-use building in Miami, FL.

 
  Mr. Greg Tighe

Areas of Expertise: Project Management, Systems Investigator

Mr. Tighe is responsible for domestic and international program development and execution for large telecommunications and leisure resort clients. Managed multi-discipline teams in the design and construction of facilities worldwide. Recent program included a 15 city launch of facilities in support of new product and utilized the problem avoidance manual authored by Mr. Odom and Mr. DuBose in the development of each site.
