LBFG personnel have been involved in the remediation of moisture and mold problems before many in the industry; in fact, Mr. Richard Scott has been involved in remediation since the early 1990s. LBFG has the knowledge, experience, and expertise to properly design and implement a remediation project for your specific and unique needs.
Longest Spanning Experience with Remediation:
LBFG personnel have one of the longest spanning track records with moisture and mold remediation in buildings. Our personnel developed the early remediation techniques for the industry including the basis for the New York City Department of Housing Guidelines and some of the early remediation projects like Polk County Courthouse and Martin County Courthouse.
Evaluation of Other Remediation Techniques:
LBFG has conducted assessments of other remediation techniques to determine the efficacy of those efforts for clients. In some cases these analysis have resulted in stopping projects that were moving into large costs and overruns because remediation contractors were not following the correct protocols and were over-charging our clients for their services. In other cases, LBFG has evaluated remediation efforts performed by others in an effort to apportion the remediation effort by causation and failure using our unique moisture mapping and trending expertise. |
