Description: Investigation, diagnosis, design of corrections, construction and commissioning of a 22+ Million dollar problem at the Martin County Courthouse and Constitutional Office Building. This 100,000 square-foot facility was evacuated in 1992 because of problems relating to moisture and microbial contamination.
