Building Envelope and HVAC Moisture Forensics
Client: Baptist Hospital, McManus and McManus
LBFG provided investigation of mold and moisture problems in a new patient wing and medical office building. Investigation included envelope rainwater intrusion testing, envelope evaluation of proper use of materials and barriers, HVAC testing (including pressure mapping),ventilation effectiveness assessment , dehumidification analysis, and post-occupancy commissioning.
