LBFG has significant experience in Building Diagnostics, including the testing and analysis of buildings that may have multiple moisture sources and multiple mold related problems. This includes the diagnosis of specific failures in a building that may originate because of many different reasons. The most difficult failures to diagnose in a building are typically complex bulk (rain or ground) water and vapor (air leakage and vapor diffusion) problems. The proper diagnosis of these problems comes only from experience backed by the knowledge of testing diagnostic techniques that can apportion between the various moisture sources and failures in a building.
